1. Where are you located?
We have two workshops in Gaozhou and one in Guangxi Beiliu

2. What is the minimum order Quantity required?
For LCL , 500dzs. Small order is accepted, we treat every order attentively.

3. What is your lead time?
Generally 35days from the time of order confirmation.

4. Do you have stock for urgent delivery?
Sometimes.

5. Is the sample free? How long the sample will be ready?
Yes, the sample is free of charge. But you need to pay the courier fee to you. Samples will be prepared between 3-7 days.

6. How do you send the sample?
The sample should be sent by DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, China Air Post.
You can choose what you want, also you can use your own shipping forwarder.

7. How can I order sample?

8. What if I need to cancel my order?
If seller doesn’t violate any terms and conditions mentioned in agreement and L/C (Letter of credit), buyer can’t cancel the order after starting an order or completion of an order. If the buyer wants to cancel the order after meeting all the requirements mentioned in the agreement, buyer has to pay full demurrage to the seller. So, all the changes shall have to be made before finalizing the order.

9. What are the payment options for international transaction?
Acceptable payments options are:
• Wire (T/T)
• Letter of Credit (L/C)

10. Who will pay the insurance for shipping?
Buyers have to pay insurance of the goods no matter the type of order such as FOB, C&F.

11. Can buyer nominate third party for inspection of the cargoes before shipping?
Yes, buyer can nominate any local third party for inspection or testing purposes.

12. Are the shipping costs included in my quote?
No, it is not calculated into your quote total, but an estimated cost is provided with your quote. The two lines above the total indicate the prices for shipping and crating.
